All of the above items come vacuum packed for your
convenience and are ready to despatch for delivery.
Our products can be frozen and will keep for 6 months or
more at a temperature below -18°C . For thawing, place in the
refrigerator overnight. After thawing, keep refrigerated at between 0°C
and 4°C. Once thawed and opened, we recommend that the contents are
consumed within 4 days in order to enjoy the optimum flavor and freshness.
All products are made from prime Atlantic Salmon, which is
cured and prepared to the highest standards of hygiene. Your satisfaction
is therefore guaranteed and you can also be assured that our specialties
will delight your guests, friends and customers.
As the perfect accompaniment to the above choices, we
also offer our own sauce that has been prepared and blended using
our chef's secret recipe.
